Carolyn’s Quick Core Workout to Compliment your Saikel!


If you want a quick core workout to compliment your Saikel experience, try this workout at home (best if completed:  2-3x per week).  All it takes it 10 minutes and can be done anywhere!
10 pelvic tilts
10 roll ups or bridge lifts
30sec- 1 min plank
10 cat/cow stretch
15sec-30 sec each side plank
10 supermans
Low cobra pose 20-30sec

Repeat 3x
